Our friendly team does everything it can to make you feel comfortable and reassured and we use the latest treatments and techniques to help nervous patients feel relaxed in the heart of London.

Our clinic is designed to be a tranquil oasis and we aim to make you feel relaxed as soon as you come through the door; we encourage you to relax and make yourself at home and we are happy for you to chill out and watch a film, put some music on or help yourself to a drink. We offer complimentary spa services and we firmly believe in treating all our patients to some TLC.

Sedation for nervous patients

We offer various levels of sedation to help nervous and anxious patients to feel more relaxed when they have treatment. We understand that going to the dentist can be very daunting, especially for those who have not seen a dentist for a long time and we often recommend sedation to make patients feel calmer. It is not unusual for us to see patients who haven’t set foot in a dental clinic for more than ten years and sedation can help patients to feel much less scared in the run-up to treatment.

Sedation induces a state of extreme relaxation, but you will remain conscious while you have treatment, which means that you can talk to your dentist if you want to. You won’t feel any pain when you are sedated and you probably won’t remember much once the effects of the sedative wear off.

After sedation it can take some time for the medication to wear off completely and you will probably feel slightly drowsy; we recommend asking a friend or relative to come with you so that they can drive you home and sit with you while you come around.
