Dr Riz Syed has worked in numerous specialist surgical practices since qualifying and working in the Oral Maxillo-Facial surgical department of the Royal London Hospital in 1999.
Dr Syed has completed post-grad training in implant and restorative dentistry and gained his master’s certification at the University of California Los Angles. He also recently completed an advanced training course in oral plastic surgery in Dallas, Texas.
Riz is respected internationally and nationally as a lecturer, mentor and surgeon. He mentors in implant dentistry and Nobelguide CT scan guided surgery and lectures across London teaching advanced implantology methods.
He has trained implant surgeons across Europe, America and the UK as a Nobel Biocare mentor and lecturer, consulting on various complex cases and placing over a thousand implants.
Dr Riz was awarded the clinic of excellence in implant dentistry during his successful establishment of two large referral surgeries. His practices include sinus grafting, hard and soft tissue grafting and surgical crown lengthening.
He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
