All-on-Four is often referred to as ‘Teeth in a Day’ or ‘Same Day Teeth’ because you can visit Aqua Dental Clinic in the morning and leave in the afternoon with a complete set of new teeth.
The graftless full-arch solution using only four implants
Have you been told you do not have enough bone density to support implants? That’s what makes All-on-4 so great!
Patients can still benefit from the life-changing procedure that provides them with a fixed full-arch prosthesis on the same day as surgery.
More challenging cases can use Zygomatic dental implants, which reach the cheekbone rather than the jaw to add further stability.
The All-on-4 way
One of the added benefits of All on Four is no dentures.
During the initial phase, the four implants placed with a provisional bridge will not require a denture to be worn in the healing phase.
Once this healing period has come to an end, this is replaced with a final permanent bridge, which is made from acrylic or porcelain.
The dental bridge is specifically designed to look and operate just like natural, healthy teeth and gums. Patients can rest assured that this is manufactured and designed by our clinical experts.
The All on 4 procedure
You will be prepared through dental sedation – so it is best that you get a designated driver once the procedure has finished. Once the sedation takes effect, we will begin to extract any remaining teeth.
From here, we will make incisions into your gums to shape the sockets for the titanium rods to be positioned.
Next, the dentist attaches the titanium rods into the sockets, connects the abutments to the rods and stitches the gums shut.
Whether it is upper, lower or both arches, only four implants will be used to penetrate each arch.
These titanium rods will then support over-dentures as the implants begin to merge with the jawbone and gums. Recovery is vital for the success of All-on-4.
Swelling and soreness are natural, and the patient can manage any discomfort with over-the-counter pain relievers. The healing period can take 3-6 months due to osseointegration.
Put an end to worrying about your teeth
With All-on-four you can put an end to worrying about your smile.
The replacement teeth look and feel completely natural, which means patients can experience new advantages like being able to eat, talk and smile like the teeth are your own.
The fixed full-arch treatment has 18 years of documented clinical success with over 250,000 patients successfully and happily treated worldwide.
Seeing as the All-on procedure can be completed in one session, patients can benefit from getting back their natural smile and self-confidence back in as little as a few hours.
Specially sculpted by talented technicians
As the name might suggest, All-on-4 only uses four implants per jaw.
Positioned into the jawbone, the implants can support a complete bridge of specially sculpted crowns crafted in our specialist lab.
At Aqua Dental, we are a highly experienced, trusted London implant clinic with five-star results for the All-on-4 procedure.
This is hugely down to the skill and precision of our All-on-4 dentist Dr Richard Brookshaw.
One of the region’s most experienced implant surgeons, Dr Brookshaw is trusted by patients nationally and internationally and has received exceptional success rates since his very first procedure in 2001.
Dr Brookshaw’s precise and accurate diagnostic planning has meant our same-day smile service can be so successful that you might even forget that the teeth in your mouth aren’t actually your own.
Is All-on-Four right for me?
Patients who could benefit from All-on-4 implants include those suffering with:
- Loose fitting dentures which affect eating, drinking and speaking
- Gum disease which has led to teeth falling out or extractions
- Jaw bone loss after losing teeth
- Failing bridges and crowns
- Replacing loose teeth
How does All-on-Four work?
All-on-Four technique uses just four implants to secure a full arch of teeth into place permanently. A pair of angled implants secure dentures at the front where the jawbone is stronger while at the back of the mouth, two further implants sit at a 45-degree angle.
The precise angles used means dentures are secured using fewer implants than traditional treatments, which usually require six anchor points and months of recovery. In contrast, All-on-Four patients can go back to eating their favourite foods from the moment they leave the clinic.
- No need to remove teeth at meals or bedtime
- Clean your them just like natural teeth
- No roof-of-mouth coverage means a better taste experience
- Restored bite and chewing function
- Enjoy a varied diet again
- Prevents jawbone deterioration
- Fast one-day treatment
- A long-term solution for missing teeth
How long do All on four implants last?
Dental implants have been proven to stand the test of time – in fact, data and evidence show us that they can last 20 years or more with the right care. And seeing as the level of aftercare is taking care of them the same as normal teeth mean they are easy to care for and maintain.
The implant posts will never need to be replaced; however, your denture might experience wear and tear and might need replacing.
How much does All on Four implants cost?
The prices for All on Four can vary; typically, higher price points tend to correlate to the final type of restoration teeth you choose, which can make the procedure more expensive.
Also, the type of material you choose for your tooth bridge can make all the difference too, as the cost is also reflective of the quality of the material.
When it comes to implant treatments, the two most important cost factors are durability and aesthetics, so All-on-Four patients can expect to be highly satisfied with the two – especially how All-on-4 replacement teeth look very real.
As a rough indication, many of our patients pay monthly for their All-on-Four procedure, averaging around £199 per month.

PATIENTS ARE TALKING ABOUT AQUA DENTAL CLINICHear what they’re saying below
I strongly recommend Dr Maini, he is highly professional and the level of the service is beyond high standards. Apart from being an amazing dentist, he is very transparent and organised; at the first appointment he checks everything and writes down all possible options for your treatment. There are never hidden prices or unpleasant surprises. Thank you!
This is a fantastic practice. The staff and the welcome were excellent and the dentist was professional, attentive, carefully listened to my needs and I did not feel rushed at all. Aqua Dental Clinic was recommended by a friend after I had difficulty finding a good dentist, being a very picky person. Subsequently I have taken my daughter and would recommend to anyone who is looking for that extra special attention. Keep up the good work.
Dr Anoop Maini is a leader in his field. He teaches and is a force in the industry. But more important that that is the fact that he cares so deeply and passionately about patient care. Cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.
I appreciate their individual approach to patients, their issues and fears. Highly professional and I would highly recommend them.
